Part-Time Boutique Manager

Estella Boutique is a clothing boutique for the modern everyday woman that offers a curated selection of timeless fashion pieces and elevated basics. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, personalized styling, and an engaging shopping experience both in-store and online.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage a small team, and enhance our brandā€™s online presence through social media. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, a background in retail management, and a strong understanding of social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail & Sales Management:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience through client engagement, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.

  • Oversee daily boutique operations.

  • Manage inventory, restocking, and merchandising to ensure an attractive store layout.

  • Train, motivate, and support sales associates.

Social Media & Marketing:

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies to promote products and engage customers.

  • Create and post content, including photos, videos, and captions, on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Respond to comments and messages to foster an online community.

  • Collaborate with local influencers or brands to expand reach.

Administrative & Operational Duties:

  • Monitor sales goals and provide reports on boutique performance.

  • Handle POS system transactions, returns, and exchanges.

  • Ensure the boutique remains clean, organized, and aligned with brand aesthetics.


Qualifications:

  • Retail & Sales Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a boutique or fashion retail environment.

  • Management Experience: Prior experience leading a team in a retail setting.

  • Social Media Savvy: Proven experience managing business social media accounts.

  • Customer-Focused: Passionate about providing excellent service and building client relationships.

  • Fashion-Forward: Knowledge of current fashion trends and styling techniques.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using POS systems, social media tools, and basic graphic design apps (Canva, etc.).

  • Flexible & Reliable: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
